Serving Our Community

At 365 Wellness, it is very important to us to give back to our community. We proudly contribute to the non profits below to support their needs.

365 ANGELS PROGRAM

  • We also have a program called, 365 Angels. Generous people in the community will donate funds to us to care for patients that cannot afford our services. This allows patients in the community to have access to healthcare screenings at no cost to improve the health of our community.
  • It’s a case-by-case basis, but we would require proof of monthly income if patient is working to determine eligibility.
