Meet our Primary Care Provider, Roshini Singh, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C

Roshini Singh is a National Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Nurse Practitioner licensure with a focus in Family Medicine from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. She has been in the medical field for approximately 15 years. Some of those years she spent working in the hospital setting on a cardiac unit. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing in Family Practice focused on screening patients for cognitive conditions earlier in the primary care setting.

Roshini grew up in the beautiful country of Guyana. This Caribbean nation is diverse in ethnicities. She says the best part of growing up there was that people celebrated each other’s cultural and religious occasions.

She spends a lot of her free time on continuing medical education, updating herself on the best evidence-based practice to provide patients with the safest treatment plans. While she is not doing this, she is spending time with her family. She has two daughters. Roshini enjoys teatime, yoga, and baking healthy but delicious goods.

She believes in giving back and is ready for any opportunity that involves helping others. She has travelled to Guatemala twice for medical mission trips that entailed providing primary care services and cervical cancer screening to the indigent population. She hopes to do many more of these trips in the future. 365 Wellness is currently involved in adopting families annually for the holidays to provide wish list items and performing medical wellness examinations to the Women in Distress organization in Broward County.

Roshini is very passionate about preventative health care and strongly believes that if time is well spent focusing on this aspect of care, the lives of patients will continue to stay optimal. That is why she founded and created 365 Wellness. She wanted to make health care more accessible, personalized and affordable utilizing the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model.

She is excited to meet you and become your trusted Health Care Professional!

Meet our Functional Medicine Specialist, Dr Yuliya Plotkin DNP, APRN, AGPCNP-BC

Yuliya Plotkin, DNP, ARNP is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and the founder of InSync Precision Medicine. With over 16 years of nursing experience and six years of advanced clinical practice, Yuliya blends the art of compassionate care with the science of cutting-edge functional medicine to help patients uncover the root causes of their health concerns and restore true vitality.

Yuliya earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Rush University, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Loyola University Chicago. Her diverse clinical background includes medical-surgical care, intensive care, oncology, and addiction medicine—giving her a unique ability to understand complex, interconnected health challenges.

After years in conventional medicine, Yuliya saw firsthand the limitations of symptom-focused care. She shifted her practice toward functional medicine to address the deeper “why” behind chronic illness, hormone imbalances, autoimmune conditions, gut issues, and metabolic health concerns. She believes optimal health is not just the absence of disease, but the presence of energy, clarity, and balance in everyday life.

Her approach is highly personalized—combining advanced specialty testing, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, targeted supplementation, and mind-body strategies. Every patient is treated as a whole person, not a diagnosis, and every plan is designed to be realistic, sustainable, and empowering.

Outside of her practice, Yuliya is a proud and busy mom to two energetic toddlers, which has deepened her appreciation for resilience, balance, and the importance of investing in long-term health.

Helping you feel better isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about finding and treating the root cause of your symptoms so you can thrive.
